FOUNDATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Learn the game the right way

Ballin Elite Skills Lab is structured training focused on real development, not open play.

Ball handling and footwork
Shooting mechanics and repetition
Game situation drills
Competitive live reps

STRUCTURE

  • 2 sessions per week (Tues & Thurs)
  • 1-hour sessions
  • Up to 8 sessions per month
  • Athletes grouped by age and skill level

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

For athletes ready to train at a higher level

Higher-level small group training for serious athletes.

Max 6–8 athletes per group

Advanced skill development

  • 4:30–5:30 PM
